You would be looking at 25k miles per person to upgrade from WTP to CW. Make sure you are in the correct fare class to upgrade from WTP as there now seem to be some fares that cannot but MFU'd (P Class I believe). Using the book and upgrade with miles function on ba.com will ensure you get the correct fare.
