Checked baggage fees? I think the first checked bag fees are pretty obnoxious and are a big incentive to fly WN. I could live with a second checked bag fee though it would be nice to see carseats and sporting equipment exempted

The biggie is the change fee. If those are ever implemented WN will lose its biggest advantage IMO.
To some extent, these fees are assessments on behavior that WN would rather not deal with but is willing to if you must. How many 3rd bags get checked per flight? UM's are maybe 1% of the passenger base -- one per plane. Etc. Think of them as behavioral modification fees.
