Check your AX card and tell me what logos you have on the back... that will let me verify what your home ATM network is and therefore be able to direct you to the most suitable ATM machine at EZE. Both should work, but sometimes limits differ depending on what network you use.
Alex it is not limited in $$ by Amex as it is simply taking
AUD cleared funds out of my cheque account.
I am sure there is some tiny fee, but I never sweat the small stuff, and I will need pesos on arrival!
Smarter to take out right from the get go in pesos than take out USA in transit in the USA and get royally screwed on exchange rate doing that, and screwed
again changing that to pesos!

It is a pure basic Amex card, that needs to be paid in full each month so no logos on back except for Amex IIRC?
