Twice I've been offloaded out the BACK door when the skybridge was frozen. Once was UA and I'm not 100% sure of the other (either UA or AirTran).

Its one of the times being in the back is good - since one moon buggy is not enough for the entire plane - and the rest must wait for a second one to arrive.
