IC's policies on which rates apply to the BOGO is a total mess. I used BOGO at IC Yokohama, Strings and ANA IC on last 72hr sale rate. Anyone use BOGO at IC Tokyo?
The sale rate was not really 50% of Best Flexible Rate, except for Strings. IC Yokohama & ANA were the ones who jacked up their prices before sale. Strings's rate was definitely 50% of their BFR.
