No other issuer is randomly shutting down good customers' cards and demanding full access to IRS records, etc.
May/June 2008 Citibank demanded 2 years of tax returns, bank and brokerage statements, current paystubs in 30 days or else they were going to close my Chairman's card. Others here got the same letter.
