I usually use miles for international business class. Best example, for September 2009 I got a pair of MCO-PEK outbound returning HKG-MCO for 120,000 miles. Currently pricing out at $10595 for a whopping 8.8 cents per mile.

Next month doing MCO-RAP and JAC-MCO in F which comes out to 3.8 cents per mile.
