Your concerns are certainly understandable.
The system behind the
old Routing Rules was, in fact (and unfortunately), decommissioned and 'mutated' into the Fare Rules Summary option, which remains at the Platinum level. If the old system ever came back, I would have been more than happy to make it available again at the original level.
The
new Routing Rules functionality is a result of many months of development efforts and does not share anything in common with the old function, other than the name.
So, as with most things in this industry, things aren't always what they seem

As mentioned above, nothing was [intentionally] taken away. In fact, CX Awards/Upgrades were added to the Platinum level. Lastly, there are no new "Kryptonite"
tiers expected in the foreseeable future.
Having said that, and recognizing the potential impact this may have on existing members, there will be solutions available on a case-by-case basis, which are best discussed via e-mail or using the Contact Form.
