Well, so far maybe not so good. No, my Platinum card did not work at the airport again yesterday. Nor did it work for airport parking today (was just testing it). Website says "Charging priveleges suspended - call for info". I do call, but no one can answer when it will be sorted nor can they explain what they are waiting for.
Its terrible service and I think they're on strike three. Really there is no pride or confidence in being a cardmember if I wouldn't dream of charging a client lunch because it could be "your AMEX was declined, sir".
Ah, if Visa could get a real program together right now with the right bank, they could be stealing loads of customers.
