You may be lucky. I have a dim recollection that the auto-cancel function does not work when there are two or more people on a PNR and one of the parties flies the outbound. May be wrong - and there is always the chance that the bug has been fixed or that a manual cancellation is carried out. How great is the interval between outbound and return?
