No, she will not move her car once it is parked.
She is 19 and a pretty well traveled young lady. Taken the T in Boston, Drives to Atlanta from Chattanooga... We have taken the train from Rome to Civitiveccia, and other European train rides, and other trips, so she is pretty comfortable with planes, trains and automobiles.
ANY advice you have would be GREAT!
