I am not licensed on the 777, but I think I have this bit correct.

The reason that people in the over wing emergency exit rows have to be "Fit and able" is because they are "Self Help" Emergency Exits. On a 777, there is a crew member who is responsible for that door, so no restrictions on someone being pregnant, as the would no be expected to open the door in an emergency.
