Avoid the afternoon tea at the Ritz -- it is a very expensive, mediocre, cafeteria style tea which is resting on its laurels. The afternoon tea at Claridges was better, but the Four Seasons (overall) and the Dorchester (quality of the scones and pastries) were the best I experienced.
