I think on the website of ferry operator it claims that the Kowloon has been canceled.

Your best option should go via shenzhen bay bridge (深圳灣口岸) and take public bus / taxi / coach back in HK town. Afterall who need ferry when there's a bridge when you can skip the traffic at the other 3 land ports
