Actually, Premium Services is the umbrella organization at AA for Admirals Clubs, Flagship Lounges, ConciergeKey, and ALL services and programs for premium customers.
Sales might well be in charge of nominating/identifying potential members for CK (since it is largely a revenue-driven nomination), but the actual operation/services are delivered by Premium Services staff.
