Although LTN Phobia, Can I Help You and Swanhunter's comments have made me see the exchange I posted earlier differently, as someone new to premium travel I do find myself wondering if the other pax and CC wonder how I got into CW as I am relatively young, usually very casually dressed and of course have done most of my previous BA travelling at the back of the plane.
