A couple of years ago I noticed the "ba.com Price Promise" when booking a ticket and pretty much ever since then I've always just gone straight to ba.com for tickets. I was looking today and i thought i'd check some consolidators sites for old times sake.

Surprise surprise I found the same tickets for £20 less on last minute. I found this page on ba.com:

And was wondering if anyone had any experience with using the price promise?

Also makes me a little bit worried that over the last few years I've been paying more than I needed to for my BA flights!
