It is a success!!! The ID was valid so it passed the id-checking layer and it matched the boarding pass checking layer as applied by the airlines. So the TSA multi-layer security system works exactly as designed!!! </snark>
TSA can't afford to diligently compare the images to the people. If the TSA
document checkers were too aggressive at checking and rejecting the people based on their ID pictures, the ID checking false alarm rate would match the aborted ETD puffer program performance.
