Is that true of booking an E-TUV voucher? I've got $75 voucher as a result of bad customer service, a bulk of which was from phone reps. when I call to book will they really take $25 off?

I thought anything that can't be done online now won't have a feee?

I had a similar *A award experience 2 weeks ago, got charged the fee after fighting the CSR and ended up just paying it. Phoned someone else right after and they creditted my mastercard. I guess the policy isn't widely spread through the training yet.
