No, There isn't a map on the link I posted. It is the timetable, and if you choose "tronchetto" and "san samuele" it will tell you that in fact the Line #2 goes from Tronchetto to S. Samuele

For what I call San Marco parking, please see post #5 in this thread by slawecki. There is a garage called Garage San Marco. It is not located at San Marco but rather at Ple. Roma. It just uses the name San Marco. It seems to exist in reality, though, unless their website is bluffing.

The garage exists, certainly. However, if you ask anyone in Venice how to get to "San Marco" they will not send you to the garage, they will send you to the piazza.
