Same thing has happened with me. I had a a stay at HI in Atlanta that posted double miles and the 1500 point online bonus, the last 7 stays have posted with double miles with no online bonus. I left an e-mail about this but no response in 7 days, I contacted by phone their response was that the 1500 pt bonus was given for users who booked through some travel website, I explained that I had already received 1 of the 1500 pt bonuses- she didn't understand. Finally someone at Diamond desk called me in response to e-mail, she told me there was a glitch in the posting of the online points and I should see them in 3 days, if they didn't post to please give her a call... they didn't post, still haven't posted and I lost the name of the lady I was talking to.
