The fact is, regardless of what her or her sleazy lawyer desperate for work in McAllen, TX, says, she was injured because she first and foremost failed to adhere to repeated crew instructions (she's is lying through her teeth when she says she didn't hear any announcement, and tries to make herself appear as a saint by saying she was translating) and furthermore, even if no announcement was made, the safety demonstration plainly states, "Customers are required to OBSERVE ALL POSTED AND LIGHTED INFORMATION SIGNS...."

Her fault. End of subject. She doesn't deserve crap.

Sympathy? Not if she's trying to capitalize on her stupidity and ignorance.
