I am a GOLD and was denied the free breakfast in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Only after I showed a printout of the rules was I reluctantly given the coupons for breakfast. I wrote a letter to the hotel and got a weak apology saying that the clerk "should have known the rules." I was not impressed.
