Sometimes this can be say, $600 or $700 for Y > C. Under this new policy, I'd be spending $500 and at least 20,000 miles! The choice is easy its between that many miles and an extra $100.
Not so easy if one can confirm months in advance using miles + copay! Is it worth it? It depends on the individual.
