Boston Hilton Back Bay: Would not provide breakfast coupons, and did not have a lounge. Asked me to fax them a copy of HH terms saying I was authorized breakfast. Creditted 100 points. They may have improved since then per other trip reports.

Hilton Old Town Alexandria: Often does not provide upgrades to its club level, but instead to a suite. Argued with them for over an hour, got upgraded, and got entire bill for stay creditted back to credit card.

I second the idea for Adam Burke to use this thread to let us know when offending hotels have cleaned up their act.
