I am very concerned by the recent threads concerning the failure of the London Hilton on Park Lane to grant HHonors Gold and Diamond benefits to Gold/Diamond members. Specifically, the lack of upgrades, lounge access, etc. So, in order to "warn" each other and make Hilton aware of "troublesome" hotels (in terms of providing Gold/Diamond benefitd), I invite comment regarding these service failures. Hotel names, type of failure/treatment, any attempted resolution, etc. would be helpful. - kazman
