I would never make a redemption as that could come back to haunt me as well as being unethical. However, I do not feel any motivation to call my former employer to inform them of their huge loss in four days either.
153,000 points is worth:
(3) SWU's or complimentary Premier Executive membership or just shy of a pair of domestic USA first class tickets.
Regardless of your employ, lack of, exit situation. I would call someone or better yet email them. UA has your voicemail and they may tell them at a later date. In any case the right thing to do is notify the employer of the communication from UA..
