Have never had this happen to me before and I have checked over the years to make sure my HHonors number did not make a difference in the rates offered.

I have noticed that sometimes the avaliable rates showed come up in a different order when my number is in vrs not, but I have always been able to access the same rates on Hilton.com.

That said, what really peaves me is the fact that my travel agent repeatedly gets lower rates than I do online, not always, but enough.

I am making the assumption that it is cheaper for Hilton to have us make reservations on Hilton.com and that Hilton would like us to utilize their website. I won't use it exclusively until I experience repeated times where I get the lowest rate for my Hilton stay.
