WHY does on line booking cost more when I put my Diamond number in??
Checked San Francisco Fishermans wharf last night and got a rate of $119US then i put in my diamond number and it cut the quote down to 4 rates and the cheapest was $US189 so i got out of it didnt put my HHonors number in and got it for $US119 again.
This is JUST NOT ON.
Then there is NOWHERE to put the Diamond number in!!
That is no way to treat ANY HHonors member.
I usually give accolades to HiltonHonors but I cant believe this.
What have i been missing out on with rates?
How long has this been going on?
