Confirmed. Spoke with an NWA rep who says they are gone as of right now. I asked they will be replacing partners that drop out with new ones (since the mall has an excess of partners not currently being used in the promo), and she said it wasn't likely.

An obvious question (directed to those around for similar prior year promos)
is whether the dropout of a partner mid-stream retroactively threatens bonus credits
already queued up in good faith according to extant T&C.
As an online mall neophyte, initially slack-jawed over other cheeky airmiles stunts,
I am now a cynic who would not be surprised over ex-post-facto shenanigans.
