Hopefully someone can weigh in about fast track. I've never flown DL into or out of LHR, so I just don't know.
Personally, I don't think 2 hours will be enough time if you can't check the bags through. I mean, if everything breaks just right (no lines, bags waiting, Heathrow Connect pulling away as you board) then it could work, but if the Heathrow Connect pulls away just before you get there, for instance, I think you are looking at a 15 minute wait for the next one. Assume even a 5 minute wait at each of immigration, baggage claim, security, and LX check-in, and I think you get an idea of how the time will start ticking away. And don't forget the walks can be long. Just too much can go wrong, IMO.
Any chance of getting on a slightly later LX flight? Don't they have one basically every hour?
