The last one I saw didn't look too different from the one in this sticky but it was at an outstation and I would imagine might have been updated since.

Swanhunter, is there any way you could arrange to get a PDF copy of the guide from Nicci and stick it in the Ultimate Guide?

Perhaps if FlyerTalkers could see exactly what information the agents had access to they would know either not to try getting in the lounge in the first place, or could help point them to exactly the right section. This of course assumes that it's accurate.

Incidentally, on the subject of connecting flights, I've long been under the impression that Business UK or Club Europe tickets (no status) connecting to or from an economy longhaul don't qualify for access immediately before departing on the economy segment. Is this correct?

Aside from that, my understanding is that a premium longhaul segment with any oneworld carrier qualifies the whole itinerary for lounge access appropriate to the highest cabin on the booking (both at the connecting airport and the domestic/shorthaul airport, and outbound/inbound) providing there is a genuine connection (ie. same day or next available connecting flight to that destination) and regardless of separate PNRs.
