I've asked on here and looked at OW and the answer seems to be that you are entitled to lounge access at T5.
I'm not being pedantic but "connecting" could be interpreted by some as being on one PNR.

I agree. In the recent 2for1 sale the rules dictated that travel was ex-LHR or LGW and any domestic return had to be purchased separately. As a result I would imagine there will be many passengers (myself included) who will arrive into T5 in Club World and connect to a domestic flight on a separate PNR. I have been refused access in the same situation previously and whilst I will now (having discovered FT ) carry a copy of the lounge access rules with me, it would be very helpful to have the rule relating to separate PNRs addressed explicitly.
