I'm an upper westsider and fly CO exclusively. When you can find a flight with a 757-200 domestically, it's really very comfortable. CO Business First internationally is wonderful but getting slightly passed by other airlines until the newest seats arrive. But it is extemely easy to get to EWR from the west side. For a 7:30am flight to SFO, I'll routinely leave my apartment (by car or taxi) around 5:45and be at Newark by 6:15am.
