Moved to the Alaska forum.

Today, driving thru downtown, we saw Phyllis Cafe that advertised a pound of king crab legs for $26. It also offered 1 lb of snow crab legs for $30, but that only between 3 and 5pm, and 9 and 11pm. There were a lot of people eating there. We bought a pound of king crab legs, which included some red potatoes and an ear of corn. We had a small kitchenette at the Homewood Suites, so were able to refrigerate it and rewarm it to eat at our convenience. It was great.

We ate at Double Musky in Girdwood on our way to Seward on Saturday night. Prime rib was amazingly good. Salads are 1950s vintage with iceberg lettuce. We got the 2nd to last table at 5pm. Waitress said that was nothing, we should see how busy they are by mid June.
