I've been there a number of times this month that is approaching a dozen entries and each time the BA lounge staff at T5 have been satisfied with just my boarding pass which had my AA-OW status printed on it that makes me eligible to use the lounge being accessed. And the entries at T3 haven't been that much different (other than more manual entry).
