Thanks, studentbecomest. When I went I was in a box, I just remembered that the bleachers didn't look that "nosebleed" to me, but I never sat up there.
In Tokyo, the ground floor is full of ushers who instantly shoo off people who wander down for a closer look. In Nagoya, they seemed much less bothersome in that regard, which is nice. We wandered over to where the wrestlers entered, and spoke to our acquaintance, who by then had retired from sumo and was just watching the entrance. Nobody hassled us at all.
