Maybe, maybe not. If it was a franchisee restaurant, they would have had the right to charge for the extra BBQ sauce. Company-owned wouldn't.

Usually it's only if there's availability, although my guess is that doesn't make it too much better.

I like the lounge access but have moved most of my hotel bookings to Virtuoso, where I have one agent that I can work with if there is a problem.

For the OP, no free condiments, but you do get free admission to McDonald's Playland, where available.
