I don't know what an upgrade OLCI is unless you mean that you will use OLCI and hope for an upgrade. I can tell you that my experience with Z fares varies, and sometimes even on flights with light loads there is no offer of the UFC and it isn't available even when asking. I wouldn't say that you have a 100% chance of this happening. More like 50/50 honestly.
