It's going to be a moot point... in all liklihood the people using miles or upgrade certs for their C & D fares will already have cleared into NF in advance and there probably won't be any kind of waitlist on the day of the flight. But if on the off chance there is a waitlist it will be prioritzed by MP status and then fare class. Again, don't worry.. C->NF is easy.
