Thank you for the welcome. I'm very grateful that I found this forum last night when I found out about the possible issue. It should be ok and we should be able to arrive as scheduled but they wanted us to be aware to be flexible with our schedule.

We did use a travel agent and I emailed him the possible issue and am awaiting a reply. I've heard that he is really good in situations like these which is why I used him. I'm glad to hear that EVA is more friendly in this situations as well.

As far as the tickets go..they are e-tickets (are they all?). the endorsement part says... non-endorsable/penalty apply/ NONEND NONRRT. I don't know what that means.

Yes, our daughter's ticket is a one way ticket and she is 2 years old so her ticket was a bit more than an infant seat.

I think we may be ok... on the back of my itinerary it talks about changes and cancellations (nothing about fees) but does say that I should have the airline apply value of unused ticket towards the new ticket. We are in class B which isn't Deluxe I don't think... but I'm a very small person and one of ten children... I can handle smaller quarters.

I was just so nervous when they told me of changes because I've never flown internationally. Our travel agent says EVA is kind of his baby and he loves using them. Thank goodness for EVA being a bit flexible. At least they are because my connecting flight is US Air... heard they are not so good with changes and we had to book them separately because of the time to go through immigration again in the U.S. Luckily it's only a one hour flight from LAX to Las Vegas.

I'm just so thankful to be bringing her home... it's been a year to go through court. Almost there! I'll let you know what happens when my agent emails. =0)
