Question: Wife and I (I'm HHonors Gold) are staying there on a business (for me, anyway; shopping for her ) trip at the end of the month -- Do you mean in the above that no breakfast coupons were given at all or until you asked? And an upgrade was in fact given, you just had to ask for it rather than it being ready for you?
