Mostly those PLT/GLDs that don't want to use 6 segments and then claim that even if they were EXP, row 9 is the best row on the entire plane, they don't need a wall to sleep and love all the lav/galley traffic and noise.

Count me as one of those who'd rather not sit in 757 F on a redeye flight. Once I had to turn down an op-upgrade to keep my seat in 9E. The gate agent was quite surprised as well, but it's really better to be able to prop your feet up on a bag put against the bulkhead.
The 757 brown-leather seats are the worst in the entire system for sleeping.
