I hate these instructions written by someone who has never been to London and took the instructions off the tfl website
Take the Piccadilly Line (it doesn't matter if it says Cockfosters or anything else - they all go into central London)
At Barrons Court or Hammersmith get off the Tube train.
Walk 10 feet to the other side of the platform
Get a District Line Tube to Westminster.
Use the lifts to get to the Jubilee line platform
Get Jubilee Line Tube to London Bridge
etc etc
Apart from London Bridge there are no stairs or escalators to use.
And if you are arriving at 9:30am then you will miss the rush hour by about 2 hours as you won't be in Central London until lunchtime.
Finally - it's not compulsory to carry the full luggage allowance, it's even more stupid to do so when staying at a hostel as space is somewhat limited
