TSA is a part of the massive bureaucracy known as the US Government. As such, every public communication must be vetted by numerous individuals both with authority and without. First for accuracy, second to determine if it breaches some real or perceived security concern, and lastly for political correctness (the one that takes the most time). Answers often get lost in this huge system, only being discovered once they are not longer timely or pertinent and get tossed in the trash.

That’s one idea. Here are a few others.

The questions, having been answered at least once, are ignored.
The questions, being phrased in such a way as to make it impossible to answer without making the individual asking the question look like a total ignoramus.
The questions, after the 94th time of asking, so fog the issue that answering them would only cause 100 more questions, all just as silly as the first.
The individual asking the question, has intentionally attempted to be as insulting as humanly possible in an attempt to goad the EOS folks into answering in anger, and therefore gets their question dumped into the “nut-ball” bin.
The individual asking the question, after having had their question answered the first 5 times, continues to rephrase the question in every conceivable way in an attempt to get the answer they want.

Just a few ideas for thought.
