But the OP's is not a normal luggage load... with two giant 50-pound check-thrus plus a carry-on, you're going to get killed in there. I don't know how you'll negotiate the escalators at Green Park with all that stuff. I don't even know how you drag it all down the street without ramming people or hurting yourself. So, do a minicab, or ask the hostel to lay on a transfer service for you.
I'm not so sure about the chances of getting a hostel to "lay on a transfer".

The trip you suggest with luggage would be a nightmare. Take a look at the bus/coach system from heathrow, it might suit you better and your budget.
