If the issue was not VALID Swanhunter & Dilly would not be trying to help me pass the details on to BA.com team, I refused to do so via PM as to me that would be a security issue in itself - Dilly followed the same process as I did via a telephone call & got the same results.
I make no apology if protecting my PRIVACY & BA's other customers makes other more "frequent" FT users feel I must be attacked for doing so - rather than be outraged at me trying to address the security issue to BA, try BA for lack of policy when the EC were informed by myself, or lack of that employee's training or dam right laziness on such important security issues.
I did not not create the security issue, I addressed it for a 2nd time via the board where directly with BA the EC failed, and got the information I required to address such. ( Thanks Swanhunter )
Dilly is now informed & on a Public Holiday trying to correct the issue with team members for all the BAEC numbers/BA customers security.
Sadly I did not know Dilly was on holiday & Dilly did not just give me another telephone number to pass me on to someone else, he pro-actively SUCCEEDED where the EC failed & took control of the security issue for investigation, needless to say regardless of a holiday Dilly should be applauded for such actions & taking the matter seriously out with office time, for all our personal security.
