My understanding from the Hertz Forum is that the Travel Partners CDP has been withdrawn due to mis-use.

The Silver DC upgrade voucher I have only instructs me to enter the samep CDP as on the back of my DC card and to present the voucher at the counter. With what reliability are the upgrade coupons honoured? Since I will absolutely need at least a Focus for four adults, I'm guessing I shouldn't book a Fiesta and hope for an upgrade?
