Had a three night stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites lately.

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel and the room.

For $118/AAA got a HUGE suite with full kitchen, separate bedroom, and balcony. If you get one on the north side of the hotel, you can watch the Disney fireworks.

If you're traveling with kids, the staff goes out of its way to make it fun, with movies each night, coloring time, and snacks (pizza and popcorn).

While as noted above, the breakfast area can be crowded in the mornings, if you have any leeway on your times it isn't bad between 6 and 7 and 9 and 10.

We asked for and received a late checkout of 2pm, although they said their usual practice is 1pm only.
