CO3 is a 737-900 outbound and CO12 is a 737-900 inbound.
From the seatmap it does not look like they are BF seats (5 rows x 4 across).
Will these 737 flights to HNL still lack elite upgrades and require the BF miles-upgrade co-pay?
there is another thread that touches on this. i thinks its got 5+ pages on what CO is going to do when they change to domestic style service from the west coast to HNL (like ALL of their competitors).
i would bet my first born that they are going to deal with it identically. just like, AA, US, DL, NW, AS, UA and HA, CO will not offer complimetary elite upgrades to HI.
they will allow mileage upgrades with no co-pay and that is it. CO's days of offereing premium service in markets where no one else does are over.
i would suspect that even IAH/EWR-HNL would eventually go that route. however, i think that the marginally upgraded service they provide validates the mileage/cash fee they require and that revenue source must still work for them.
